The combination of Nomex® Nano Flex and the FR knit material in the 906-PBH Particulate Barrier Hood by Protective Industrial Products (PIP®) stops up to 95 percent of submicron particles in the face and neck area, historically known to be the most vulnerable and least protected. The result? An up to 4x increase in particle barrier efficiency and a 25 percent improvement in Thermal Protection Performance (TPP) when compared to stand-alone FR knit material. The lightweight, breathable material allows up to 90 percent air ventilation and is designed to provide a snug, comfortable fit.
